It's Tru's first time off of work since she started at the morgue and so she's celebrating with a big party. She then receives a phone call from her ex (the professor she dumped in a previous episode), whom she tries to ignore, but then he ends up showing up at her party. After the party, Tru goes to bed, very drunk, but wakes up at 3 in the morning and finds the dead body of her ex laying by her bed. She calls 911, but he asks for her help and the day restarts. Now, Tru has to figure out just how to solve this case and save him, but her only suspect starting out is herself |
